Refund Policy

At HUMAN+ we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure your complete satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of our treatments and services.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% cancellation fee applies • No-shows without prior notice: No refund will be issued

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: • Service was not delivered as described • Treatment was cancelled by HUMAN+ due to unforeseen circumstances • Medical professional determines the treatment is not suitable for the client Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our team at info@humanplusbali.com with your booking details and reason for the refund request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: • Completed treatments where the service was delivered as described • Gift cards and promotional vouchers • Products that have been opened or used • Subscription fees after the service period has begun

5. Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. Each booking can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After the second reschedule, the standard cancellation policy applies.

6. Service Dissatisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include a complimentary follow-up treatment or a partial refund at our discretion.
